Domenick Chiapparelli CEO / President
Domenick Chiapparelli is the President of MyTrueMiles Inc. A sales veteran of over 40 years, he guided his region at Reynolds and Reynolds to #1 in the country, in customer retention. He started a sub prime direct mail company and took it to #1 in the country buying more names from Equifax than anyone in the US, mailing over 2 million pieces/month. Teaming up with Positioning Universal in 2015 and also a share holder in Positioning Universal and MyTrueMiles Inc, Domenick Chiapparelli led SysLocate GPS (DriveOK) to #1 in the US in just 2 years. Domenick Chiapparelli intends to repeat that performance at MyTrueMiles Inc.

I have successfully lead diverse teams of professionals to new levels pf success in a variety of highly competitive industries, cutting-edge markets, and fast-paced environments in the banking industry, global satellite technology and the GPS wireless hardware manufacturing industry. I have been widely known for my leadership role in having supported a number of start-up companies, such as Auto Note Solutions Inc, My True Miles Inc (A Global GPS Satellite Company) Lync Systems A GPS Hardware Company in North America (With it’s major focus in Mexico and South America)

My reputation supersedes me as I have been able to establish critical partnerships with high-level industry leaders such as NIADA, NABD, Trimble Corporation, Cal-Amp, Procon Corporation and SkyPatrol. Throughout my career I have demonstrated a major track record for hands-on corporate experience in strategic planning, business unit development, project and product management, as well as system engineering strategies. During my tenure with these companies I have been able to generate over 4 Billion in revenues with a client base of over 450 companies.

I am a graduate of the prestigious college of Saint John’s University, which I graduated with honors in business administration and marketing. I have received many awards from my college and major institutions for my excellence in managing auto receivables and generating high levels of revenues for lending institutions.

Continually crafting and executing unique strategies, concepts, and initiatives that boost profitability, customer base, and overall ROI. Recognized for keen attention to detail in quality assistance, with outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills. Effective leader and alliance builder, with demonstrated success directing and inspiring teams both in the office and offshore.

Developed and launched the internal Quality Assurance department which lead to 10% increase in sales volume YOY.
Installation new processes in departmental functions and resource scheduling with directly lead to a 20% increased retention rate in staff.

Lead, manage and mentor to sales Team, partner with the marketing team and be an integral part of a highly collaborative and very talented group. Working in a high pressure, high energy environment with tight deadlines. Mark Wells

Mark Wells is the President and CEO of Positioning Universal which is the parent company to My True Miles Inc. He is a wireless industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience in the development and marketing of wireless products, semiconductors, and wireless services. Mr. Wells co-founded DriveOK, which later merged with Procon (now Spireon), and led the company in its exceptional growth in the GPS vehicle tracking business. Prior to Procon, as co-founder and CEO of Zucotto Wireless, Mr. Wells raised over $60M in venture capital to develop wireless semiconductors, gaining such customers as Panasonic, Nokia, and Alcatel. Mr. Wells has held marketing responsibility with Nokia Mobile Phones, managing $10B in mobile phone products and served as Vice-President/General Manager at wireless semiconductor company, DSP Communications until it sold to Intel for $1.6B. Mr. Wells has cofounded or mentored several dozen early-stage technology start-ups, and has consulted to Fortune 500 companies.
Mark Levey

Mark Levey is the Chief Technology Officer of Positioning Universal. Mr.Levey is an Internet and wireless technology veteran with over 20 years of experience commercializing software based products and services. Mr.Levey was the prime technology and software architect for Spireon (formerly ProconGPS), which is one of the leading GPS fleet tracking and logistics services worldwide. He was also responsible for embedded and systems software, in leadership and development roles, for Nokia, Novatel Wireless, Zucotto Wireless and other companies.
Tim Peachey

Tim Peachey is the Chief Operating Officer of Positioning Universal. Mr. Peachey has been managing company operations, manufacturing, and development of communications products for more than 25 years. Prior to Positioning Universal, Mr. Peachey served at Spireon Inc.(formerly DriveOK), in various management roles. Previously, as Mechanical Design Chief at Nokia Mobile Phones, he oversaw development of new products from concept to high-volume production. As VP Operations at Zucotto Wireless, he oversaw globalinfrastructure operations management. Mr. Peachey’s career also includes positions at Nortel, Novatel and consulting work with early stage startup companies for design and manufacturing.
